Some clients have clear ideas about what they want and just need help building the parts. Others are overwhelmed as they stand at the starting point. We like to really get comfortable with our clients. We ask lots of questions about lots of different things related to their project before we really get started. We figure out which tools will best achieve their goals and then get busy designing and building. Some clients like to participate in the nerd-phase, while that is precisely what others want to avoid.

There are inevitably issues that require serious wrangling when creating new marketing elements for complex clients, such as:

–  Designing a logo that has power when expanded to the size of a billboard and clarity when reduced to the size of a postage stamp.

–  Developing the right vibe for graphic marks and accompanying messaging presents so the client is honestly represented.

–  Finding the real-world channels where target customers hang out and shaping campaigns to reach them there.

 

These issues do not stress us out – they provide the challenges that keep every day interesting.
